Stocks Slip as Oil Prices Rise Above $100

U.S. stock indexes retreated, led by tech, with the Nasdaq composite falling around 0.9%. The S&P 500 declined 0.6%, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average slipped 0.3%, or around 119 points.
