Cryptocurrency bettors don’t see high odds of Benjamin Netanyahu being ousted in 2026, even as Israeli Prime Minister reportedly received an “expletive-laden call” from President Donald Trump over Lebanon.
No Threat To Netanyahu’s Power As Yet
Polygon (CRYPTO: POL)-based Polymarket showed only a 2% chance that Netanyahu ceases to be Israel’s Prime Minister before June. The odds of him losing power by Dec. 31 stood at 53%, down from 60% the week before.
A whopping $121 million has been wagered on the outcome. The market will resolve to “Yes” only after an official announcement of Netanyahu’s resignation or removal.
