Debris found at Western embassy in Kyiv, mayor says

Debris had been found at the premises of one of the Western embassies in the center of Ukraine’s capital, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said on Wednesday, citing preliminary information.

Klitschko did not name the embassy, but said emergency services were heading to the site.
