In addition, several caches of Hezbollah weapons were discovered in the southern Lebanon area of Rashaf over the past day, the IDF said, including rockets, Kalashnikov rifles, and sniper rifles.

Over the past week, over 100 Hezbollah weapons have been discovered by the IDF, the military added.

Later on Sunday, Hezbollah launched several rockets toward IDF soldiers in southern Lebanon, causing sirens to activate in northern Israel.

According to the military, one of the rockets was intercepted, with the rest falling in open areas, causing no injuries.

The IDF noted that additional interceptors were fired at “suspicious aerial targets,” with the military still investigating the incidents.
