Democrat Matt Little is projected to win Minnesota’s 2nd Congressional District, defeating Republican Eric Pratt and keeping the seat in Democratic hands, according to a projection by Fox News.
The Associated Press, NBC News and CBS News had not yet called the race as of early Wednesday, and Pratt had not conceded.
Little’s win holds the southern Twin Cities-area district for the Democrats in one of the state’s most watched House races.
The result is a media race call, not election certification.
