Binance began reopening withdrawals for dozens of additional crypto assets early on Tuesday, November 3, in the second phase of its recovery from a security incident last week, the exchange said.

The second phase began at 4:00 a.m. UTC, midnight in New York, and is rolling out progressively across the BSC, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Sui, Arbitrum, Optimism, TRON and Base networks, Binance said. The asset list includes bitcoin, ether, XRP, solana and dogecoin, and withdrawals for all bSTOCKS tokens will also open. Deposits remain open, and users may see temporary delays or longer processing times during the rollout.

The exchange resumed phased withdrawals on Sunday, and users can now verify their balances are fully backed through its proof-of-reserves system. Binance repeated that it will bear the full financial impact of the stolen funds and that losses will not be passed on to users.

Bitcoin traded at about $77,600 on Tuesday morning, little changed from 24 hours earlier, while ether traded near $2,300, according to Coinbase market data.
