Binance (CRYPTO: BNB) co-founder Changpeng “CZ” Zhao playfully fact-checked on Saturday a post presenting his old positive commentary on Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) as fresh news.
CZ Responds To Engagement Bait
That Martini Guy ₿, a widely followed cryptocurrency content creator, framed CZ’s comments, “No need to panic, Bitcoin will never die!” as breaking news.
The issue is, CZ mentioned it a while ago, and he himself had to clarify.
“‘just said’” a few years ago,” the cryptocurrency billionaire responded with a laughing emoji.
An analysis of CZ’s old posts revealed that he said the same thing back in February 2025.
