British Airways will resume flights to Ben-Gurion Airport near Tel Aviv from October 25, The Jerusalem Post learned Wednesday.

The Post verified that direct flights from London Heathrow to Ben-Gurion Airport are available for purchase from October 25 onwards, as of Wednesday afternoon.

The airline has not operated on the route since Israel launched Operation Roaring Lion, carrying out airstrikes on Iran, on February 28.

Due to the ongoing war risks, the London-headquartered airline suspended flights to various Middle East locations, including Tel Aviv, Dubai, Bahrain, and Amman.

At the end of May, the airline announced that flights to these destinations would remain suspended until at least October 25, Walla reported at the time.
