Court: Comptroller overstepped authority in Oct. 7 investigations, several audits to be halted

State Comptroller Matanyahu Englman overstepped his authority in investigating some of the issues surrounding the October 7 massacre, in the context of the audits published by his office, the High Court of Justice ruled on Monday evening.
