Republican Byron Donalds is projected to win Florida’s race for governor over Democrat David Jolly, according to the NBC News Decision Desk.
NBC’s statewide results page listed Donalds as the projected winner when reviewed shortly after 9:11 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday. The network’s page did not provide an exact race-call time.
The network identifies the NBC News Decision Desk as the source of its projections. Its governor’s race call is separate from its coverage of Florida’s Senate and congressional contests.
