A fire broke out on Monday at an electric bicycle shop on Agrippas Street in Jerusalem.
Agrippas Street is a major thoroughfare running alongside the Mahane Yehuda market in downtown Jerusalem.
Israel Fire and Rescue Authority emergency responders are working to extinguish the fire, which involved lithium batteries that caused secondary explosions and thick smoke.
At the same time, scans are being conducted to rule out the presence of anyone trapped.
