A hand grenade exploded overnight on Friday at the luxury Blue, shopping and residential complex, in north Tel Aviv, near Hatzuk Beach.
The blast reportedly caused minor damage near the lobby of one of the buildings, but there have been no reported injuries.
Police arrived at the scene shortly after the explosion to collect security camera footage, take witness statements, and investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The complex is home to hundreds of residents.
Authorities believe the incident was motivated by criminal intent, but it is still unclear who the grenade was intended to target.
