Israel’s Aryt Industries disclosed Wednesday that its Reshef subsidiary received an approximately $16.3 million order for artillery fuzes from a large defense company in North America, with delivery expected in the second quarter of 2027.
Execution remains subject to an export license from the Israeli Defense Ministry’s Defense Export Controls Agency, according to the company’s October 28 stock-exchange filing. The disclosure does not say the license has been granted or deliveries have begun.
Customer remains unnamed
Aryt did not identify the customer, its country, the ultimate end user or the number of fuzes ordered. It described the buyer only as a large North American defense company.
The company said the order follows its September 14 report that the North American customer had received notice of winning a tender. Wednesday’s development is Reshef’s receipt of the order, rather than a newly announced tender award to Aryt itself.
Backlog reaches about NIS 540 million
Aryt reported an order backlog of approximately NIS 540 million including this order. The figure excludes a separate conditional BEL order of about $45 million; that conditional amount should not be added to the reported backlog.
The filing sets the expected delivery window at April through June 2027 and makes execution conditional on the export license. It does not give a shipment quantity, payment timetable or profit estimate.
