Presentations.AI announced Sunday, November 1, that software companies and agencies can embed its presentation generator in their own products, extending its AI slide-making service through a white-label offering and developer API.
The company said the service creates editable PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations from prompts, documents, structured data and website content. Partners can offer deck creation inside their own applications rather than sending customers to a separate presentation tool.
In its November 1 announcement, Presentations.AI said white-label output removes its branding from generated presentations. That feature is available at its Growth tier and above, with pricing on request.
A route from business data to slides
The presentation API is aimed at software businesses that want to add a deck-generation feature without building their own slide-layout and export systems. The company lists customer relationship management, financial advisory and property-management applications among potential uses.
Its Brand Sync feature applies a customer’s visual identity, while Presentation Refresh is designed to update decks as connected business information changes. The company says the service includes multi-tenant workspaces, access controls, webhooks and audit logs. Those are product claims, not an independent assessment of output quality or security.
Pricing separates API use from subscriptions
The announced standard reference rate is $0.10 per generated slide before discounts, with a three-month launch offer reducing it to $0.05. Monthly API packages start at $49, and package-specific eligibility and commercial terms apply.
API pricing is separate from individual and team subscriptions. Credits do not carry over between billing periods. The company also says each Presentation Refresh consumes 10 credits per slide, including slides whose content remains unchanged.
Presentations.AI identifies Sumanth Raghavendra as its co-founder and chief executive on its leadership page. The company says it is backed by Accel and Together Fund. Sunday’s announcement broadens its pitch from a presentation application to a service other software companies can offer under their own brands.
