Democrat Amy Acton defeated Republican Vivek Ramaswamy in Ohio’s race for governor, with Ramaswamy conceding Tuesday night. The Fox News Decision Desk reported Tuesday night.
Acton, a former director of the Ohio Department of Health, campaigned on affordability and public education, according to Fox’s election-night report. She sought support across party lines by focusing on those issues.
The result is a media race call, not an election certification.
