Democratic Rep. Dina Titus is projected to win reelection in Nevada’s 1st Congressional District, defeating Republican Carrie Buck.
KTNV reported that the Associated Press called the race early Wednesday. The result keeps the seat in Democratic hands.
For residents of the district, the result means continuity in their House office as control of the chamber shifts to Democrats.
