Democratic Rep. Steven Horsford is projected to win reelection in Nevada’s 4th Congressional District, defeating Republican Cody Whipple.
KTNV reported that the Associated Press called the race early Wednesday. The result keeps the seat in Democratic hands.
For residents of the district, the result keeps their current representative in Washington as Democrats prepare to lead the House.
