WeWork and Salesforce have signed leases worth roughly NIS 320 million at Tel Aviv’s ToHa 2 office tower, according to a Jerusalem Post report citing financial disclosures by Gav-Yam.
WeWork is taking 10,000 square meters across four floors through Ampa Real Estate under a 10-year agreement valued at NIS 180 million, the newspaper reported.
Salesforce’s agreement covers 15,300 square meters for five years, with a total contract value of roughly NIS 140 million. The company plans to bring its Tel Aviv operations together at the tower in early 2028, after fit-out work is completed, according to the report.
For the tower’s owners and the businesses moving in, these are long-term office commitments tied to a building still under construction, rather than space that is already occupied.
Two different leasing commitments
The Jerusalem Post said Salesforce also holds an option for two additional floors. Its reported annual rent is NIS 27.5 million.
The NIS 320 million combined headline value spans different periods: WeWork’s agreement runs for ten years, while Salesforce’s initial contract runs for five. It should not be read as a single annual rental figure.
A growing office hub near Hashalom
ToHa 2 is jointly owned in equal shares by Gav-Yam and Amot. The 78-story tower is being built beside ToHa 1 near the intersection of Hashalom, Yigal Allon and Totseret Ha’arets streets, the newspaper reported.
The project is expected to offer about 160,000 square meters of office space. Completion is expected by early 2028, according to the report, making the construction and fit-out schedule part of the tenants’ relocation plans.
Google previously secured roughly 60,000 square meters in the building under a ten-year agreement with an exit option after five years, the Jerusalem Post said.
The complex sits near Hashalom railway station in a Tel Aviv office district that also includes the Azrieli Center, Azrieli Sarona and other major towers.
