Republican Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders is projected to win a second term in Arkansas, Democratic Rep. Chris Deluzio is projected to retain Pennsylvania’s 17th Congressional District, Republican Rep. Kevin Hern is projected to win Oklahoma’s Senate race, and Republican Sen. Bill Hagerty is projected to win reelection in Tennessee, according to Fox News’ election-night coverage.
Sanders projected to win second term
The Fox News Decision Desk projects Sanders will defeat Democratic state Sen. Fred Love. Sanders was first elected governor in 2022 and previously served as President Donald Trump’s White House press secretary.
Deluzio projected to hold Pennsylvania seat
Fox projects Deluzio will defeat Republican Tony Guy, the Beaver County sheriff, to secure a third term in the House. The district includes Beaver County and parts of Allegheny County in the Pittsburgh area.
Hern projected to win Oklahoma Senate race
Fox projects Hern will win Oklahoma’s Senate election. The network’s Oklahoma results page lists Democrat N’Kiyla Thomas as his leading opponent. Hern would succeed Republican appointee Sen. Alan Armstrong in the seat previously held by Markwayne Mullin, Fox reported.
Hagerty projected to win Tennessee reelection
Fox projects Republican Sen. Bill Hagerty will win reelection in Tennessee, defeating Democrat Marquita Bradshaw.
